Cobolt Constructions was pleased to be engaged to complete an extensive contemporary Rothe Lowman renovation and upgrade to the existing National Trust listed stables into two new extensive respite apartments to cater for up to four families. Cobolt Constructions worked collaboratively with Rothe Lowman and Montlaur Project Management Services to deliver this tight time frame works to one of Melbourne’s landmark historical mansions. Cobolt Constructions and associated subcontractors were honoured to donate the professional services to complete this project for the fantastic worthy cause of Very Special Kids.
