The Project is to be an outstanding contribution to the built form and quality of sustainable living amenity of Melbourne and the local Brunswick area. Cobolt has been requested to complete these major works under Design and Construct arrangement. Working collaboratively with the client and design team, we look forward to delivering the landmark development for the CEHL’s expanding portfolio of Affordable Housing facilities.
